ACCESS DENIED: CONTROL PANEL

BEFORE ACCESS DENIED

STEP 1:

Search gpedits.msc

STEP 2:

User Configuration

STEP 3:

Administrative Tempelates

STEP 4:

Control Panel

STEP 5:

Prohibit Access to the Control Panel

STEP 6:

Choose enabled option

STEP 7:

click apply then ok:

AFTER ACCESS DENIED 

TO UNDO THE CHANGE:

choose not configured option in STEP 6. Then click apply and ok and you'll have access back to the particular drive (c drive in this case)
